The Calm After The Storm

Photographing the moon is one of my favorite things to do! Her beauty moves me and floats through the night sky illuminating  dreams once put to sleep. She is my muse and the essence that lifts me into blissful relaxation!

I loved being so close to Our Lady Liberty!!! She is the most magnificent subject I have photographed yet and by far the most awe inspiring!

My Future NY Ranger!!!

I took several action shots of my son playing his favorite position... Goalie, for my "If It Moves Shoot it Project". I have to say this was one of my favorite action shots of him and yes he blocked the goal successfully!  The outdoor fluorescent lighting has presented some challenges for me but I am learning how to work in that lighting and it has become a fun challenge to overcome! I really liked shooting for this project because it gave me the opportunity to really explore many different ways to shoot interesting subjects in motion. My future NY Ranger Goalie was definitely the best!!!
